Why aren't my workflows showing up?

Worflo syncs every 5 minutes. If you just connected, wait up to 5 minutes and refresh. Free plan accounts track a maximum of 3 workflows — if you have more, only the first 3 synced will appear. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited.

Why am I not seeing any execution traces?

Traces arrive via webhook as your workflows run. If your workflows haven't executed since you connected, there will be no traces yet. Run a workflow manually in HubSpot and check back within 30 seconds.

The AI explanation says "generating…" — is it stuck?

AI explanations are generated in the background and typically appear within 5–10 seconds of a trace being received. If it's been more than a minute, try refreshing the page. AI explanations require a Pro plan and an active Anthropic API connection.

Can I roll back a workflow directly from Worflo?

Yes, on Pro plans. Open the workflow → Versions tab → Rollback. Worflo attempts to push the change via the HubSpot API. If the API doesn't support direct writes for your workflow type, you'll get a guided step-by-step checklist to apply manually.

I'm not receiving alert emails.

Check your Alert Settings (Sidebar → Alert Settings) and verify email alerts are toggled on and the correct address is entered. Also check your spam folder — add alerts@worflo.io to your contacts. If you're on a Free plan, AI explanations and Slack alerts require Pro.

How do I add team members?

Go to Sidebar → Team Members → enter an email address and role. They'll receive an invitation link. Team members share access to all workflows and traces in your portal. Requires Pro plan.

Is my HubSpot data safe?

Yes. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256. We never store contact PII — only HubSpot object IDs referenced in execution logs. Data is stored in AWS (Sydney region). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I disconnect Worflo from HubSpot?

Go to Settings → Disconnect HubSpot. This removes our OAuth access. Your data is retained and you can reconnect at any time. To permanently delete your data, email support@worflo.io.
